What we will never charge you for
Our API, webhooks and standard integrations are included on every plan. Being asked for a five-figure fee to switch on a webhook is the reason a lot of businesses end up building their own thing — we are not going to be that supplier.
WhatsApp message charges
WhatsApp itself bills per message, and the rate depends on the message type and the country. We pass those charges through at cost plus 10% from a prepaid balance you top up, so you always pay close to the raw rate rather than a marked-up bundle. In the UAE that is roughly AED 0.04–0.06 for a service or utility message and AED 0.16–0.18 for a marketing message. From 1 October 2026 WhatsApp also charges for replies inside the 24-hour service window — that change comes from WhatsApp and applies to every provider, not just us.

Questions we get asked here
Do I need a new phone number?
No. The whole point is that it works on the number your customers already message. We connect it through the official WhatsApp Business API and your number keeps its identity.
Does it really speak Arabic?
Yes. The agent replies in the language the customer wrote in, so an Arabic message gets an Arabic answer and an English message gets an English one. You write your instructions in whichever language you prefer.
How long does setup take?
Usually one working day. We do it with you on a call: connect the number, load your price list and policies, test it on real questions, then switch it on.
What happens when the AI cannot answer?
It stops and hands the conversation to your team on the same thread, rather than guessing. You decide which topics always go to a person.
Is it VAT compliant?
Invoices carry the 5% VAT treatment and your TRN. Where a supply falls under the reverse-charge treatment, the invoice reflects that — your accountant gets what they expect.
What if I want to stop?
Monthly plans are monthly. Your data is yours and we export it for you on request. No exit fee and no notice period.
How do you compare on price?
At the same tier we sit roughly 30–45% below the established WhatsApp platforms, and AI agents are included rather than sold as an upgrade. We are not the absolute cheapest option in the market and we are not trying to be — the cheapest tools charge for every seat and leave you to run it yourself.
Why would I want a dedicated instance?
Two reasons. Some businesses cannot have their data in a shared environment, whether by policy or by client contract. And partners reselling under their own brand want an environment that is unmistakably theirs. Everyone else is better served by the shared platform, which is faster to set up and gets improvements sooner.
